AMERICAN EMPIRE:
At Caesar's Palace in Atlantic City, NJ, I was amused at the American Flag stuck in Caesar's arm. I thought of all the times I heard people saying the USA is trying to build an empire, or the comparison made by Eddie Izzard, which I love.

Incidentally I'm pretty sure he said this during the Clinton Presidency, hence the last line.
