JIRAIYA:
One of my two favorite characters from Naruto, my favorite series. Jiraiya is a legendary Sennin who was trained in Konoha villiage and now lives in the mountains, summoning frogs and writing dirty books. He is a hentai who is always peeking at women and calling it research. Naruto calls him the "Perverted Hermit".

This guy did a great job with the details on the outfit, and I wish I'd asked if he'd made or purchased the headpiece. I want one!

As a side note, my other favorite character, Kakashi, is always reading Jiraiya's books.
